The United Nations family in Lebanon launched this morning the “UN in Lebanon: Year in Review 2015” in a press encounter at the UNESCO office in Beirut.
UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Ms. Sigrid Kaag and UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, Mr. Philippe Lazzarini, and representatives of other UN agencies, funds and programmes operating in Lebanon engaged in a discussion with the media on the UN’s work for and with Lebanon.
The year in review highlights the UN’s engagement in and partnership with Lebanon and provides an overview of key achievements and results during 2015.
