On the occasion of Women’s Day, UN Special Coordinator Joanna Wronecka hosted roundtable discussions with Lebanese experts, academics and influencers on the challenges and opportunities in rebuilding trust and a better future for Lebanon.  Special attention was given in the discussions to the representation and participation of women in the upcoming municipal elections and more could be done to improve women’s representation in decision-making processes at local and national levels in Lebanon.
